Adopting a full oil-free lubrication design, the friction seals including piston rings and guide rings are made of premium self-lubricating materials. This structure eliminates oil contact with CO2 gas, ensuring zero pollution to the compressed medium and maintaining the purity of CO2 from inlet to outlet, which is critical for industrial recycling and reuse processes.
To cope with the corrosive nature of CO2 gas containing trace moisture, all gas-contacting parts including gas valves, coolers, and buffer tanks are manufactured from stainless steel. This design greatly extends the service life of the equipment and reduces maintenance frequency in long-term industrial operation.
With optimized interstage cooling design, the system strictly controls the temperature of each compression stage, avoiding CO2 liquefaction caused by excessive low temperature in winter and overheating failure in high-load operation. The low pressure ratio design ensures stable compression efficiency under variable working conditions.
Each compression stage is equipped with a safety valve and temperature monitor, with built-in low inlet pressure protection, high exhaust pressure protection, and high exhaust temperature protection. The system will automatically alarm and shut down in case of over-temperature or over-pressure, ensuring safe operation in industrial sites.
