3. The materials, pipelines, fittings, valves, flanges, gaskets, etc. that are in contact with the compressed hydrogen and nitrogen in the booster station are replaced by sulfur-resistant materials.

1. The compressor intake and outlet lines are equipped with automatic shut-off valves. When a hydrogen-nitrogen leak, fire or other accident occurs, the operator can close the shut-off valve in time to cut off the air supply.

 

2. The booster station adds a flammable gas detection and alarm system to monitor, alarm and interlock the flammable gas leaked during the operation.

 

3. Regularly perform system testing and leak detection on the booster station.

 

4. After the compressor overhaul operation is completed, the compressor is manually cranked when the nitrogen is replaced, so that the inlet and outlet valves of the compression cylinder are automatically opened to form a circuit, and the air in the compression cylinder is replaced to ensure hydrogen nitrogen and air during operation. not in contact.
