Argon Compressor
In the cryogenic liquid argon tank, on the top of liquid argon will be evaporated to argon gas, when the pressure of argon compressor over 17bar, the safety valve will be open and discharge the overloading gas, to recycle this evaporated argon gas, argon booster would be used to refilling the argon to cylinder.
So normally, The suction pressure of argon compressor is 8-17bar, and filling pressure 200-250bar, flow rate would be 10nm3 -100nm3 per hour or more capacity.
