3. Always check whether the oil-water separator is working properly, and discharge the separated oil and water in time.

1. The compressor's intake and exhaust pipes are equipped with automatic shut-off valves. In the event of hydrogen-nitrogen leakage, fire or other accidents, the operator can close the shut-off valve in time to cut off the air supply.


2. The booster station adds a combustible gas detection and alarm system to monitor, alarm and interlock the combustible gas that leaks during operation.


3. Periodically perform system testing and leak detection on the booster station.


4. After the compressor overhaul operation is completed, manually shake the compressor when replacing the nitrogen to automatically open the inlet and outlet valves of the compression cylinder to form a loop, and replace the air in the compression cylinder to ensure hydrogen, nitrogen and air during operation.
