(3)The oxygen compressor must keep away from inflammable and explosive articles.

(4)For the convenience of operation and maintenance of the machine, there should be 1 meter channel around.

1. Air valve

Whether the air valve can work normally, directly affects the compressor's displacement and inter-stage pressure, which is one of the key components of the compressor. Check the quality of the valve, focusing on checking whether the valve seat and the sealing surface of the valve plate are damaged. The kerosene leakage test method is often used. Only drip-like leakage is allowed to be qualified. A well-made valve basically has no leakage.

2. Piston ring, guide ring

Piston ring and guide ring are the main dynamic sealing parts of the machine, and they are also vulnerable parts. After the machine has been running for a certain period of time, it must be checked or replaced; otherwise, there will be insufficient air displacement, slow pressure rise, and increased machine noise.

3. Solenoid valve

Solenoid valves generally have dust or tiny particles entering, causing lax closure or jamming. They can work normally when they are disassembled to remove dirt. In addition, if the power supply does not conform to the solenoid valve coil regulations, the coil is charged with no load, or the nut that fixes the coil is loose, the coil can be burnt, and it can work normally after replacing the coil. After the solenoid valve is energized, the temperature of the coil is allowed to rise to 80°C.

4. Safety valve

The safety valve plays a role of safety protection and will not be opened under normal circumstances; when a certain level of safety valve is opened, the cause should be checked, whether it is a malfunction of the safety valve itself or a machine failure. The safety valve should be checked at least once a year.

5. Air intake filter

The air intake filter element should be cleaned with gasoline every 1000 hours. If the working environment is bad, it is recommended to clean it every 500 hours to ensure normal compressor operation and service life.

3. Ensure that the compressed gas in the unit has been vented;
