When the turbine is started, the vibration value is found to be high, that is, the speed is stopped and the cause is checked. If the cause does not seem to be due to improper operation, such as improper temperature rise, please stop and check each test described in the following table. During normal operation, the vibration level suddenly increases, thereby reducing load and/or downtime. If the amplitude increases, investigate the phenomenon and change the operating conditions for analysis. If the unit vibrates too much, find out the cause and deal with it accordingly.

Abnormal sound

It should be carefully checked under low-speed operating conditions. After the speed is increased, the sound mixes with the rotating sound and the noise entering the steam. Therefore, it is difficult to find the sound source. Abnormal sound is usually related to vibration, so the sound should be checked. , Find out the real reason, and deal with it accordingly.


Bearing temperature rise

The reason for the increase in bearing temperature is the damage of the bearing metal, the reduction of the amount of lubricating oil, the low lubricating oil pressure, the high lubricating oil supply temperature, the high value of rotor vibration and the abnormal thrust. If the bearing metal temperature suddenly rises or exceeds 125°C, please stop and inspect the bearing and perform the corresponding treatment.


Bearing temperature fluctuation

If the bearing temperature fluctuates, please check the items in the table. After checking all items, the temperature fluctuation should still be stopped, and corresponding treatment should be carried out.

The inlet and outlet pressure and temperature of each part of the equipment should be closely monitored to prevent the equipment from entering a surge state. At the same time, prohibit overheating and overpressure operation of the unit to avoid damage to the equipment or disassembly of the safety valve;


During the inspection, it should be noted that the output valve position of the anti-surge controller should be consistent with the on-site valve position.


Pay attention to monitor whether the temperature and pressure of the main steam of the turbine are within the normal range;


Normal maintenance of unit shaft seal condensing system


Check and confirm that the U-shaped water seal guides water out;

Check whether the vacuum of the condenser is normal;


Ordinary surgery


Turn the start switch of the standby pump to the \"STOP\" position, and keep the pump to confirm the normal state;

Confirm that the inlet and outlet valves of the standby pump are fully opened, start the standby pump, and confirm that the standby pump works normally;

After the outlet pressure of the standby pump stabilizes, stop the main pump. If repairs are required, cut off the pump after power failure. If maintenance is not required, the pump switch is automatically placed.

Open the exhaust valve of the standby device;

Open the communication valve and drain the standby equipment;

Keep the exhaust state for 10 minutes to warm up the spare equipment to avoid the impact of the oil temperature change on the equipment

Close the exhaust valve and balance the backup equipment;

Move the switch handle in the correct direction (for the spare oil cooler, use cooling water first), and use spare equipment;

Close the communication valve and open the exhaust valve of the cutting device to release the pressure;
