l  After each pressure value is reset, lock the nut and correct the parameters once. Increase the loading pressure or reduce the pressure difference and reverse the adjustment as described above. The inlet pressure switch adjustment method is basically the same, but the wiring method is different, the stop pressure at this time = starting pressure - differential pressure. It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine above the rated exhaust pressure.

2. Temperature controller adjustment

Each stage of the compressor is equipped with a temperature controller, which is installed on the control cabinet panel and is set at the factory.

3. Thermal relay regulation

The thermal relay acts as a motor overload protection. Occasionally, the motor will stop rotating. It should be patrolled twice per shift to observe whether the compressor has abnormal heat, abnormal vibration, abnormal sound, etc. If it is necessary, stop it immediately. After confirming the troubleshooting, you can continue to run. At the end of each shift, the power should be turned off and the intake valve closed.
