Preparation Work before Starting The Piston Compressor

1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool within the height range specified by the oil dipstick. The characteristics of the lubricating oil in the oil pool at the bottom of the aircraft body should meet the requirements;

2. Check if the oil level in the injector is below the marking value. Turn the manual oil filling handle to inject oil into the cylinder before driving. Open the oil needle valve of the check valve on the oil injection point, and when lubricating oil is released, turn the handle to stop. At this point, even oil droplets can be seen in the sight glass and drip tube;

3. After assembly and long-term parking, for the first time driving, it is necessary to manually rotate the large pulley at least once, listen for any impact or other sounds, and check if it is unusually heavy;

4. Check if the belt cover is tight and remove other objects near the machine. Check if the exhaust pipeline is connected to the gas tank, and check if the water pump pipeline is connected to the compressor;

5. Connect the water source, open the valve on the cooling water circuit, and close the drain valve. Turn the handwheel of the pressure reducing valve to close it, in order to reduce the starting load. Inspect the motor and electrical control equipment before starting according to the corresponding instructions
