Reasons for oil consumption in piston compressors
1. Wear of piston rings, oil rings, and cylinder liners. Check the clearance between the piston ring and oil ring locking port, and replace any gaps that are too large.
2. The oil ring is installed upside down or the locking port is installed on one line. Reassemble the oil ring and arrange the three locking ports evenly.
3. The exhaust temperature is too high, causing the lubricating oil to vaporize and be carried away.
4. Refueling too much, drain the excess lubricating oil
5. The automatic oil return valve of the oil separator is malfunctioning. The return valve from the high-pressure stage suction chamber to the low-pressure stage suction chamber is not closed.
6. The compressor returns liquid, and the vaporization of refrigerant takes away a large amount of lubricating oil. Pay attention to adjusting the liquid supply during the operation process. Prevent liquid return phenomenon.
7. Excessive oil leakage from the shaft seal.
8. The sealing ring of the high-pressure cylinder liner of a single unit two-stage unit has failed, and the sealing ring needs to be replaced.
9. The oil pressure is too high, adjust the oil pressure according to the suction pressure.
10. Oil leakage at the oil cylinder of the energy regulation unloading device
11. The lubricating oil in the suction chamber directly returns to the crankcase through the return oil balance hole, which is not smooth.
