1. Every time the machine is repaired, after stopping the gas and water supply, warning signs should be hung on the relevant gas valves and water supply valves, and written records should be kept. No operation should be carried out to prevent unintentional operation from causing other machine gases to flow back or water supply to enter the crankcase. Safety inspection and repair must be carried out.

2. The oxygen compressor must handle the oil scraper ring properly, and the piston rod must not have oil during operation. The oil scraper ring needs to be ground or replaced, and the piston rod should be replaced if necessary; If there is a large amount of air leakage in the packing box, replace the sealing ring in a timely manner. When assembling, remember to place the three petal seal close to the cylinder side. Otherwise, if the three or six petal sealing rings are installed upside down, air leakage will occur when starting up.

3. Make a good record of the start-up time of the equipment, establish a maintenance record for each machine and account, facilitate problem finding, and list maintenance and repair plans. According to the quality of spare parts, conduct a routine inspection of the cylinder every 2000 to 4000 hours to check whether the gap between the guide rings is enlarged or worn, and whether the thickness of the piston rings is qualified; Check the tightness of the air valve and bolts inside the crankcase every 4000 hours.

4. Test the lubricating oil every six months, clean the oil circuit, and perform core extraction on the oil cooler every year to remove dirt on the oil side of the shell.

5. Strengthen inspection and management, discover abnormal pressure between superiors of the instrument control cabinet, and stop the machine for inspection. During inspection, pay attention to whether each suction valve is overheated and determine whether there is internal leakage. Carefully check if there are bubbles in the return water mirror of the cooler to determine whether there is leakage. Check if the oil level in the crankcase is abnormally rising or falling to determine whether there is leakage in the oil cooler: water enters the oil side, the lubricating oil emulsifies, and the lubricating oil at the crankcase oil level mirror changes color significantly; Oil enters the water side, the oil level in the crankcase decreases, and lubricating oil enters the circulating water tank with the circulating water.

6. After running for 16000-24000 hours, conduct a major overhaul, comprehensively inspect, disassemble and clean the unit, repair and replace worn parts, and re align and level according to the original recorded data and technical standards. Check the pressure vessel and safety valve according to regulations.

7. When repairing and assembling the oxygen compressor, thoroughly degrease and clean all parts in contact with oxygen, and absolutely avoid oil operation. During the process of starting and stopping pressure reduction, the operating vent valve and supply valve must be slowly opened or closed, and must not be opened or closed quickly in an instant, otherwise it may cause excessive and sudden increase in instantaneous local oxygen flow rate, which may lead to safety accidents.

8. Create start stop reminder signs. List the startup and shutdown steps above, compare them one by one during each startup, verify their accuracy, and then proceed to the next step to avoid equipment failure caused by improper operation.

The material used for the piston ring of a general gas compressor is polytetrafluoroethylene. Although it has good self-lubricating performance, its thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and shape stability are poor. During the compression process without water lubrication, the temperature inside the cylinder significantly increases, resulting in a greatly reduced service life of the piston ring. Therefore, to solve the above problems, the method of adding fillers to the material used for making the piston ring can be used to improve the shortcomings of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is called filling polytetrafluoroethylene.
