1. It is not allowed to exceed the rated working pressure of the oxygen compressor;

2. When there is air pressure in the air storage tank, loosen the fittings;

5. Do not use above rated voltage +5%, -10% ;

6. The working pressure of the safety valve has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Users should not adjust the safety valve at will to avoid danger;

8. Do not unplug air pressure switches;

9. If abnormal sound is found during the operation of the oxygen compressor, it shall stop immediately for inspection and troubleshooting;

10. Welding any accessories on the gas tank is strictly prohibited;

11. The motor is equipped with a thermal protector to prevent the motor from burning. Thermal protectors are built - in and external. The built-in thermal protector can reset automatically, while the external thermal protector can only reset by manually pushing the red contact of the protector.

1. Unpacking inspection:

After unpacking the container, the user should check whether the machine is damaged during transportation and whether the items listed in the packing list are complete.

2. Installation of accessories:

(1) The muffler is screwed into the screw hole of the cylinder head as shown in the drawing.

(2) Split casters installation. Insert the foot wheel shaft through the casters concave hole, then insert the wheel shaft into the air storage tank support hole, and tighten it with nuts.

3. The ambient temperature during use should be 0-35C.

4. The connection:

(1) The setting position of the oxygen compressor should not be too far away from the power supply, so as not to reduce the use voltage of the motor.

(2) The power cord must be chosen in accordance with the regulations, and the grounding end of the motor should be reliably grounded.

5. Operation and adjustment

(1) When the oxygen compressor is working normally, it is controlled by the automatic switch of air pressure. When the pressure reaches the maximum value, it will stop automatically, and when the pressure drops to 0.2-0.25mpa, it will start automatically. The working pressure of the pneumatic switch has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and cannot be changed at will when in use. The pressure is indicated by the pressure gauge.

(2) When manual control is needed, press the button at the top of the pressure switch to stop the machine and start the machine immediately after pulling up.

(3) The pressure control system can be adjusted within the range of 0.6-0.8mpa according to the user's requirements, but it is not allowed to exceed the rated working pressure. The operation method is as follows: use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws in the shell of the pressure switch, take off the shell, and turn the hexagon bolt with a wrench. The direction of + is to increase the pressure, and the number of - is to reduce the pressure.
