The vane compressor is a positive displacement compressor. In vane-type carbon dioxide compressors, leakage loss is an important factor affecting volumetric efficiency, and pressure drop loss has little effect on volumetric efficiency, so volumetric efficiency increases with increasing speed. For the vane type CO2 compressor, even if the rotation speed is high, the suction pressure drop is small. Therefore, it is more suitable for operation at high speed than the R134a compressor. The vane compressor uses traditional, proven technology to drive directly at extremely low speeds, with unparalleled reliability. The rotor is the only component that runs continuously. It has thousands of slots cut along its length and slides on the oil film. The rotor rotates in the stator of the cylinder. During the rotation, centrifugal force pulls the slider out of the groove to form a separate compression chamber. The rotation causes the volume of the compression chamber to continuously decrease, and the air pressure continues to increase. The heat generated by compression is controlled by injecting pressurized oil. The high-pressure air is discharged from the exhaust port, and the remaining oil is removed by the final oil separator.


Carbon dioxide scroll compressor


For the development of CO2 scroll compressors, the main problem is radial leakage. By adopting measures such as compression chamber injection and axial flexible mechanism, the axial leakage gap between the moving plates is reduced, thereby reducing the radial leakage. Quantity. The scroll compressor is mainly composed of active scroll, reticulated scroll, bracket, eccentric shaft and anti-rotation mechanism. After assembling the movable scroll and the net scroll with the same scroll line parameters, the phase difference is set to π, and the center of the base circle is fixed, so that multiple pairs of crescent-shaped volume chambers can be formed. When the eccentric shaft pushes the center of the scroll to form a circular orbit around the center of the clean scroll, the enclosed volume chamber expands or contracts accordingly, so as to achieve the purpose of suction, compression and exhaust. The low-pressure gas enters the suction chamber from the suction hole opened in the mesh scroll or the peripheral gap between the movable scroll and the fixed scroll, and is compressed and removed by the exhaust hole in the center of the mesh scroll.

Air is sucked in through the filter and proportional valve, which is mainly used to adjust the cylinder rotor and the pressure chamber formed by the blades. The rotor rotates eccentrically relative to the cylinder, the valve plate is installed in the groove of the rotor, and the slider is pushed toward the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force. An efficient oil injection system can ensure the cooling of the compressor and reduce the loss of lubricant on the cylinder wall. The thin oil film formed on the film prevents direct contact between metal parts and causes wear.

The rotor compressor is driven by an electric motor or an electric motor (mainly driven by an electric motor), and the other rotor is driven by an oil film formed when oil is sprayed.
