In the event of a fuel cut or water cut in the compressor or when the tertiary exhaust temperature and pressure exceed the set value, the control system will give an alarm and delay the shutdown to protect the nitrogen compressor. The piston body is sent to the lathe to rework the guide ring groove, and the supplier is additionally equipped with a widened non-standard guide ring. It is recommended that one piston body be used for each stage. When the guide ring problem is found in the inspection, it is necessary to reheat the new ring. The spare piston body can be used directly.

 

The nitrogen compressor experienced an interstage pressure anomaly after more than 6,000 hours of operation: the first stage exhaust pressure and temperature were high, and then decreased. During the shutdown check, the secondary intake valve has stainless steel metal pieces, and the upper and lower end faces of the secondary piston body are extruded with stainless steel fragments. Due to the serious wear of the piston ring, the elastic ring in the groove comes out and the cylinder wall wears, and the elastic ring breaks into pieces, causing leakage of the valve. After polishing the piston body and the cylinder wall, replacing the new second and third stage piston rings, checking the gas valves at all levels, removing the elastic rings of all levels, returning to normal use, and removing the elastic rings on the oxygen oxygen machine. reuse.

 

During the operation of the compressor, the temperature of the third-stage exhaust gas abnormally rises, and the piston rod of the first-stage inspection is not moved up and down, and the second and third levels are normal. When the machine is shut down to the first stage, the collision of the cylinder occurs: the connecting rod big head tile fixing bolt breaks one, the piston stroke is increased beyond the limit, the aluminum piston body is crushed, the cylinder head is hit by cracks and water seepage, and the connecting rod is broken. Then the machine was completely dismantled and overhauled, replacing the first-stage piston body, connecting rod, damaged main bearing tile, large head tile, connecting rod bolt and so on. The unit was realigned and finally restored. The valve is faulty.

1.Scope

4. Process brief

The nitrogen gas of 0.03 MPa enters the nitrogen buffer tank from outside the boundary zone, and after being separated from the water, it is sent to the nitrogen compressor through the 7th stage to 10 MPa, and then enters the high pressure nitrogen storage tank.

 

5. Raw material specifications

 

The purity of nitrogen is 99.5%, wherein the oxygen content is 10PPm and the normal temperature is 0.0MPa (gauge pressure) without oil and dust.
