The full oil-free lubrication structure uses high-performance self-lubricating materials for all friction sealing parts, eliminating any oil contamination in the CO2 compression process. This ensures the compressed CO2 maintains food-grade purity, fully complying with the safety standards of edible dry ice production for food cold chain, catering, and pharmaceutical cold chain industries.
Designed based on the physical properties of CO2 (critical temperature 31.3℃, critical pressure 7.14MPa), the system features an optimized interstage cooling system to precisely control the compression temperature. It avoids excessive cooling that causes premature liquefaction in winter, while ensuring stable temperature control for continuous CO2 liquefaction, the core step of dry ice production.
Adopting a low-speed heavy-load design with a main engine speed of 200-600 rpm, the compressor greatly reduces the wear of vulnerable parts, lowers noise and vibration, and supports 24/7 continuous operation. The large-diameter, low-flow rate pipeline and valve design ensures stable compression efficiency even in long-term full-load operation, reducing downtime for dry ice production lines.
