100% Oil-Free & Anti-Corrosion Engineering

This industrial CO₂ booster for extraction processes adopts a full oil-free design, with self-lubricating piston rings and guide rings ensuring zero oil pollution to CO₂ during compression. For corrosive wet CO₂ with trace moisture, all gas-contacting components (gas valves, coolers, buffer tanks) are made of stainless steel, drastically extending service life and cutting routine maintenance costs.

Targeted Optimization for CO₂ Medium Characteristics

To avoid CO₂ liquefaction risks (critical temperature 31.3°C, 7.14MPa), the compressor is equipped with precision interstage temperature control, suitable for stable year-round operation even in low-temperature environments. It uses a low piston average speed design to reduce valve resistance for high-density CO₂, with a small pressure ratio configuration to keep exhaust temperature within a safe range.

Multi-Level Safety Protection System

Each compression stage is fitted with independent safety valves, pressure and temperature monitors. The system triggers an audible and visual alarm and forced shutdown during overpressure, over-temperature, or abnormal operation, fully protecting on-site personnel and equipment, and supporting long-term uninterrupted running.
