Oxygen is a violent combustion improver that can easily cause burning and explosion.
Special care should be taken when designing and using tank reciprocating oxygen compressor: Compressed gas parts are strictly prohibited from coming into contact with oil, oil is not contaminated during maintenance, and must be cleaned with solvent before assembly.
Since 1995, we have been developing our industrial reciprocating oxygen compressor system. When manufacturing every component that comes into contact with the gas, we follow strict oxygen cleaning guidelines and maintain a detailed cleaning record.
This OW-type reciprocating oxygen compressor for industrial tank is a completely oil-free oxygen compressor. The machine itself does not use lubricating oil, uses packing seal way ,andthree cylinder, low speed, long service life of piston ring, durable and no pollution to oxygen. According to the different working conditions of the customer:
1. Oxygen for VPSA PSA and LOX gas source
2.NO pollution, keep the same purity into the gas
3.RELIABLE and the highest quality, comparable to the American RIX brand.
4. TOP low cost, low maintenance cost and simple operation
5. According to the customer's specific working conditions, the compressor is designed for single machine compression, two-stage compression, three-stage compression and four-stage compression.
6. Low speed, long life, average speed 260-350RPM,
7. Low noise, average noise below 75dB, can work quietly in the medical field
8, continuous continuous heavy-duty operation, can run continuously for 24 hours without stopping
9. Each stage has an interstage safety valve. If the stage is overpressured, the safety valve will take off and release the overpressure gas to ensure the stable operation of the compressor.
10. Each level has a temperature controller. If the temperature between the stages exceeds the standard, the temperature display will sound and light alarm.
